 The HOA and Common Ground is governed by the Declaration of Terms, Conditions, Restrictions and Covenants (DCCRs) recorded on 01/04/2024 as document 2024R-000585 with the St. Charles County Recorder of Deeds.  The DCCRs may be found on the Governing Documents Page.
